Your rights under UK GDPR and how Eco Simply protects your personal data.
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and explains your data protection rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. We will respond within one calendar month. There is no charge in most circumstances.
You can ask us to correct any personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
You can ask us to delete your personal data. We will do so unless we have a legal reason to keep it.
You can ask us to limit how we use your data, for example while we investigate a concern you have raised.
You can request your data in a structured, commonly used format so it can be transferred to another organisation.
You can object to us processing your data where we rely on legitimate interests. You can object to direct marketing at any time.
Where we process your data based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

To delete or correct your data, email contact@ecosimply.co.uk with the subject "Data Deletion Request" or "Data Correction Request". Include your name and enough detail for us to locate your records. We will confirm the action taken within one calendar month.
If a data breach occurs that is likely to pose a risk to your rights, we will notify the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) within 72 hours and inform affected individuals without undue delay.
